Withdrawn Charges By Carla @ Pardons Pardon/Record SuspensionDecember 14, 2017Edited by Admin0 Back to Home A client call asking if they can ever get rid of a withdrawn charge? It was from 3.5 years ago and it's currently showing up on background checks. A withdrawn criminal charge means you were found not guilty, which is good. However, because he was fingerprinted by the police, his name can still be seen on a criminal check which could get in the way of work, travel, volunteering and coaching. What needs to be done is a request for a file destruction which will remove the prints from the RCMP and police database so that in the future it will not show up. Back to Home
