If you have a full conviction you will need to pay the Receiver General an additional $631 to approve your file when it comes time for final approval. The process can take usually 12-18 months depending on the police and courts from start to finish. Pardons Canada will gather and prepare all the necessary documents and ensure the application is completed correctly so that it will get approved.
