No criminal record in Canada but denied at the U.S. Border By Hope @ Pardons U.S. Entry WaiverNovember 15, 2019Edited by Admin0 Back to Home Visitor: The police have never taken my fingerprints in Canada so I don’t have a criminal record in Canada. I am inadmissible to the US because I tried to cross the border by car and my boyfriend had a bong in his car. They searched us and they ended up finding an empty bag of what had traces of cocaine in my wallet. For that reason even though it was empty they denied us entry an made us inadmissible. This was last November that we were denied entry to the US. We weren’t arrested just turned away. What do I need to do in order to return to the US as I have friends and relatives there? Pardons Canada: Even though you do not have a criminal record, the Americans can still deny you entry to the US if they suspect that you are a drug user. When you were denied entry to the US, you were likely fingerprinted. The Americans now require a US Entry Waiver or I-192 to return to the US. A pardon or record suspension will not help you. The US Waiver application is costly and complicated. We help hundreds of people each month to complete the application.
