Nexus card revoked

Q- I got a notice from Nexus that my Nexus card was revoked for having a criminal record which I don't remember ever having.
 
A- Nexus is very strict about having a clean criminal background check.  Even if you have been charged for an offence that was later dismissed or withdrawn or discharged, Nexus can be denied.  If you have not yet applied for Nexus and you get a Pardon or Record Suspension, in most cases you should be then safe to obtain a Nexus pass.
