File Destructions By Laurita @ Pardons FAQNovember 27, 2017Edited by Admin0 Back to Home A client emailed us saying that back in 2000, they received a conditional discharge and when they did a criminal background check, their record doesn't show up but their photo and report is still on file with the police service. They were wondering how to get rid of it. Because they were fingerprinted and photographed, the criminal record is still showing that they have been in trouble. Once we do a file destruction for them, the photographs and fingerprints will be removed and they will be safe for work and travel. Back to Home
