Do I have a criminal record if I received a Conditional Discharge? By Laurita @ PardonsJune 13, 2017Edited by Admin0 Back to Home A client mentioned that they have a conditional discharge from 6 years ago. Last year, when they have their fingerprints taken, the charge showed up. They want to know how it gets removed. Since they were fingerprinted and photographed by the police, there is a police record and possibly an RCMP file that shows they have been in trouble. It's best to apply for a File Destruction that will remove the prints from the system so that in the future the criminal charge will not show up. Back to Home
