Client to Redo Digital Fingerprints By Gerald @ PardonsApril 24, 2017Edited by Admin0 Back to Home A client had completed their digital fingerprints for the purpose of a pardon at a local fingerprinting agency. The fingerprints were to be sent digitally from the fingerprinting agency to the RCMP in Ottawa. After several months of Pardons Canada not receiving the fingerprints a follow up was completed which indicated there was an error when the fingerprints were taken and they had to be re done. Pardons Canada contacted the client to let him know the situation and that his fingerprints had to be recompleted. The client asked if he would have to pay again for another set of digital fingerprints? It was advised that the client should go back to the same digital fingerprinting agency and explain the situation. To indicate that an error had been made with the fingerprints through no fault of his own and that a new set would need to be completed. However to also indicate that he should not have to pay again for this new set of fingerprints to be completed. The fingerprint agency was able to recognize the mistake that was made and the client was able to recomplete his digital fingerprints for the purpose of a pardon at no cost. Back to Home
