Being Denied Work due to Withdrawn Charges By JCMApril 24, 2018Edited by Admin0 Back to Home A client called saying there were just denied work due to a withdrawn charge. They wanted to know if they could have this information removed. The answer is that many people believe that if the criminal charge is withdrawn, dismissed or discharged that it won’t show up. As this client has experienced, it can still show up on a CPIC report which indicates a client has been fingerprinted by the police and that they were in trouble. Regardless of the outcome in court. So even though someone is found not guilty, they might still suffer from this charge by being denied work. The good news is that once a file destruction is completed, they would be safe for work and traveling without the worry of being denied employment or travel. Back to Home
