Admitting to a criminal record on a job application

Edited by Admin
A client contacted us wondering if he has to disclose that he has a criminal offence that he was convicted of now that he has a Pardon.
Once a Pardon or Record Suspension is granted then your criminal offence cannot be seen by the public.  Also, most questions regarding Pardons are worded: “Do you have a criminal record to which a pardon has not been granted”.  The answer to this question once a Pardon is granted is “NO”.
