Denied Entry to US from Canada By Pardons Canada FAQDecember 2, 20160 Back to Home Denied Entry to US from Canada I need some help, I tried getting into the US this past summer to visit some family and I was denied entry! It was so humiliating and upsetting. I was wondering if I could please get some help with this as I don’t want to go through any of that ever again. What do I do now since I have been denied entry into the US? Answers By Pardons CanadaDecember 2, 2016 12:35 PM Once you are denied entry to the US then you will need a US Entry Waiver (I-192 or I-194) to return to the USA. Had you received a pardon or record suspension prior to traveling then you would not have required a US Waiver as the Americans cannot likely see your criminal record if a pardon has been granted. Obtaining a US Entry Waiver is possible and we help hundreds of people each month. The process takes time and is costly but as long as you have been out of trouble for a reasonable time period then you are likely to get the US Waiver approved.
