Once a Pardon or Record Suspension is granted then your criminal offence cannot be seen by the public. Also, most questions regarding Pardons are worded: “Do you have a criminal record to which a pardon has not been granted”. The answer to this question once a Pardon is granted is “NO”. Back to Home
